ALBACORE TUNA
On the north coast of Spain there are still fishermen who use the traditional rod and line to catch Albacore tuna one by one. Their flesh has a tastier, more succulent texture. The sides of the tuna are packed in olive oil, enriching the conserve. Fine, elegant, full of flavour and healthy.

TORRES has selected the very best bonito, to obtain these breast fillets, the tastiest and most delicate part of this fish. Rich in Omega-3 acid, these choice cuts were then packed in olive oil to conserve all of their properties, making them an essential part of the Mediterranean diet.
