ARBEQUINA OLIVES

Like the vine, the olive tree forms part of the Mediterranean cultural heritage. We use the most select olives from the Arbequina variety. They are harvested by hand and processed traditionally using time-honoured methods. They have a slightly bitter taste and are exquisite on the palate.

GORDAL OLIVES

MANZANILLA OLIVES

Like the vine, the olive tree forms part of the Mediterranean cultural heritage. We select olives from the Seville Aljarafe area, its red earth bathed by Atlantic breezes. The olives are average in size with a golden green hue, fruity flavour and the finest, most elegant of textures.
