ARTICHOKES IN OLIVE OIL
These artichoke hearts were individually selected from
the small green artichoke variety from Navarre known
as the Tudela White. We then hand-pealed, cooked and
packed them in olive oil on the very same day that they
were picked, to prevent oxidation and ensure their maximum
flavour, fine quality and texture. |
